Submitting a booking request (through our website, email, phone, or text) does not guarantee availability or confirmation. Your booking is only confirmed when we send written confirmation (such as email or text) and, where required, receive any applicable deposit.

4.2 Pricing & Estimates

Any pricing discussed before a confirmed booking may be an estimate based on the information you provide, including:

Date and time

Guest count

Dietary needs

Rentals and add-ons

Final pricing may change if details change (e.g., guest count, menu upgrades, additional services). We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing at any time.

4.3 Deposits & Payments

We may require a deposit or advance payment to secure your event. By paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms and any additional booking terms communicated to you (such as in an invoice, email, or service agreement).

4.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary based on the event, and will be communicated during booking (for example, via invoice or written confirmation). In general:

Client cancellations within a certain window may result in forfeiture of some or all of the deposit or fees.

Rescheduling is subject to our availability and may involve additional fees.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., illness, emergency, severe weather, unsafe conditions at the event location). In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or a refund of fees paid, at our discretion.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, especially when cooking in private homes or venues not controlled by us.

Guests with severe allergies should exercise caution and consult with their own medical professionals.
